Our Complete Service Menu

Every metal finishing project is different. That's why we offer a wide range of services to meet your specific needs.

Zinc plating process

Zinc Plating

Zinc plating is the workhorse of industrial metal finishing, providing excellent corrosion protection for steel and iron parts. The zinc coating acts as a sacrificial anode, corroding before the base metal to protect your parts.

We offer clear, yellow and black chromate conversions to enhance corrosion resistance and provide aesthetic options. Our zinc plating meets ASTM B633 specifications for functional decorative and engineering coatings.

  • Excellent sacrificial corrosion protection
  • Available in clear, yellow and black finish
  • Cost-effective for high-volume production
  • RoHS compliant options available
From $2.50/sq ft

Nickel Plating

Nickel plating provides both decorative appeal and functional benefits. Available in bright nickel for brilliant reflectivity or semi-bright nickel for engineering applications, nickel offers excellent hardness and wear resistance.

Our nickel plating is widely used in aerospace, automotive and industrial applications where durability and appearance both matter. We can plate directly over steel, copper or as a barrier layer under chrome.

  • Bright or satin nickel finishes available
  • Excellent hardness and wear resistance
  • Superior lubricity for moving parts
  • Good corrosion resistance
From $4.00/sq ft

Chrome Plating

Chrome plating delivers the ultimate in durable, brilliant finishes. Whether you need hard chrome for engineering applications or decorative chrome for show-quality appearances, our expertise ensures exceptional results.

Hard chrome is prized for its extreme hardness, low coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance. Decorative chrome provides that brilliant mirror finish you see on classic automotive parts and custom motorcycles.

  • Hard chrome and decorative chrome available
  • Mirror-like brilliance for show applications
  • Extreme hardness and wear resistance
  • Low friction coefficient
From $8.00/sq ft

Aluminum Anodizing

Anodizing transforms aluminum into a durable, corrosion-resistant surface that can be dyed in virtually any color. Type II (decorative) and Type III (hardcoat) anodizing are available for different application requirements.

Our anodizing process creates an integral oxide layer that won't peel or chip, unlike paint or other coatings. Hardcoat anodizing provides excellent wear resistance and thermal dissipation for demanding applications.

  • Type II and Type III anodizing
  • Clear, black and custom colors
  • Integral coating won't peel
  • Excellent for aerospace applications
From $3.50/sq ft

Buffing and polishing process

Buffing & Polishing

Our buffing and polishing services can transform rough, corroded or imperfect metal surfaces into smooth, brilliant finishes. From satin finishes to mirror polish, we have the expertise and equipment to achieve your desired result.

We use a combination of mechanical buffing compounds and progressively finer abrasives to achieve consistent results. Surface preparation is critical for achieving optimal plating adhesion, and our polishing services ensure your parts are ready for finishing.

  • Satin to mirror polish available
  • Pre-plate surface preparation
  • Restoration and custom work
  • Vibratory finishing options
From $1.75/sq ft
